‘IT Principles’ – This is such an important area, especially for larger camera installations. We have employed our own IT Engineer. This ensures you don’t have camera dropouts and poor NVR performance, which many larger jobs experience. Most of our competitors do not install managed switches because they don’t have engineers to program them. We are one of the only companies in Victoria to possess a high level of all three!

What is DORI?
DORI has been developed by the British and is based on sensor specifications and lab test results according to English standards EN6267-4, which defines D.O.R.I. It’s basically the quality or resolution of a given image and stands for: ‘Detect’-quality will let you see there is someone there. ‘Observe’ will generally allow you to see what they are up to. ‘Recognise’ will allow you to recognize someone if you already know them. ‘Identify’ will let you identify someone you don’t know. DORI is an important aspect of CCTV design to ensure our installation meets your expectation.
Design & Installations

I.P Cameras have quite a few internal menus to get the perfect picture for every location it requires programming each camera – tweaking it to perfection. Just another reason we stand out from the crowd. Our opposition simply bolts them to the ceiling, points them in the right direction and leaves.
Remote View to your phone or PC
As part of what we do, we include a remote view set-up, if an O.C. doesn’t have an internet connection, we install a 4G modem with a 4G sim card as part of what we do.

Yes, quality control. Before we claim to be finished, we have our quality control manager check & test every detail. Only after we are all happy with our work do we dare send you an invoice!

Great-quality CCTV images require light!
Cameras work better when there is good light, we highly recommend spending money on improving your nighttime light condition if light levels are not great. We have cameras that operate in low light, they are more expensive, and they are still not as good as some cheap cameras with good light.
Note: Good lighting, even motion activated, is a good deterrent to the crime itself.
Recorder History
How much history would you like to keep: For example, how long before the video can be overwritten - 1 week or 1 month? What size of hard drive do you require? We help you making the right decisions!
