What you’ll be doing:
- High-level troubleshooting, programming, and commissioning of electronic security systems.
- Maintaining large-scale integrated systems in commercial and industrial environments.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Mentoring and providing first-line support for our Junior Field Technicians.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and expertise.
What you need to succeed:
- VIC Security Installer License & ACMA Cabling Registration.
- Current Driver’s License, White Card, and EWP License.
- Strong knowledge of IP Networks and leading CCTV/VMS (NX Witness, Wave).
- Demonstrated experience with ICT, Inner Range (Integriti & Concept), or similar systems.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Working rights in Australia.
